Premiere Pro does not do that... you may use Encore to author a DVD, and set first play to the timeline, and the end action of your timeline to itself, so when the video ends, it starts itself again
Check for help in the Encore forum for how to do that http://forums.adobe.com/community/encore
Also, The tutorial list in message #3 http://forums.adobe.com/message/2276578 may help
Thank you John. I'll check into that. I wasn't thinking of Premier Pro producing the CD but I figured the experienced users would have some tips.
Unless you want REALLY low resolution a CD (VCD... Video CD) is not what you want... you want a DVD
In fact, I do not produce VCD, so I am not sure that Encore will even create a VCD for you
Stick with exporting from PPro as MPEG2 DVD and then using the two files (video and audio) for Encore authoring
I guess what I am looking for is a software recomendation, but I am interested in the Media playing as soon as it is inserted then playing through all of the selections like an audio. Is that possible.
Please go back and reread my reply #1 - Since you have Premiere Pro, you have the Encore that I linked in that reply (as long as you have PPro CS6 or below... if you have PPro Cloud, there is a special process you need to follow to be able to use Encore CS6)
Questions on how to author... including FIRST PLAY and having a timeline go from the end back to the beginning... are for that forum
Thank you John. I understand now that Encore is a tool for creating a DVD.
