This is "hot" news at this time, but one with a fix, that is, the removal of that recent Microsoft KB Update.
Thank you for posting that info ATR, it was very helpful. I'm too late to roll back the restore but at least I now know what the problem is. I would imagine a repair ticket has been issued to the MS people?

According to one Adobe Engineer, MS has been notified, and are working on a fix.
It is things like this, that prompt me to have my OS updates on manual, and then do a System Restore Point, before adding any of them. Same for some apps., like Java. Too many updates have created problems, over the decades.
I also seldom install any programs, until after a System Restore Point.
Thank you Bill Hunt, I seldom come to this forum but when I do you folks are spot on with help and suggestions.
I also found this and it worked if you can't go back in time with the system restore.
Half way down the page for screen shots, I just used it and it works.
Cheers and have a great weekend....now back to editing with PE4
