What is the device?
Thank you for my question sorry for my delay, I have a samsung galaxy note
10.1 its an Android. I went to the Adobe website and click on manually
install it I did that showed that it was in my applications and that it was
installed but when I went to the website for the testing flash drive the
image that I was supposed to see what can I do now?
Adobe stopped ALL development of Flash for Android last year.
http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/archived-flash-player-versions.htmlthere are older versions of Flash Player (for Android) at that link, but there are no guarantees any of them will work.
Check Android forums for alternatives.

Ok thank you one more question if you dont mind. If it is saying your
device requires flash drive 11.1 that just goes for any brand? If so you
have sny recommendations for me that is if you can without breaking any code
I've read a lot about "Dolphin" for Android https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=mobi.mgeek.TunnyBrowser
I'm not an Android user (no tablet or phone) so I can't make any endorsements that would hold any credibility, but most of the Flash solutions I've read point to Dolphin as the best alternative.
Again, check Android forums: http://androidforums.com/ to see what their "gurus" recommend
