I have a user that is experiencing a hang immediately after selecting the text tool in Flash Pro CS5.5.
This hang is reprducable 100% of the time, and has been let run for over an hour with no result. I have uninstalled all Adobe products, run the cleanup tool, and resintalled CS5.5 and the issue remains the same, this has not been a problem for the user since CS5.5 was released, just started yesterday. I have also deleted all appdata folders for Adobe and tried multiple profiles, removed all recent Windows updates, and tried running in safe mode.
Not sure what steps to take next, has anyone run into this before?
