I'm trying to find out if there's a simplier way of setting up a book where the first half of it is printed right side up and the other side is printed upside down. So when you flip the book there'd be 2 different covers, 2 different front pages etc. A good example would be Neiman Marcus' cataloge 'The Book.'
I know that you can rotate pages in InDesign, but that doesn't effect how it's printed or set up, it just makes it easier to work upside down. Any ideas?
Talk to your printer. I would bet they want two separate files. A lot will depend on if the two versions are printed on opposite sides of the same sheet or if you can tear the book apart into independent books by splitting the spine.
