I have some footage from GoPro Hero 3 Black. It's 1080p 60fps wide. When I export it from Adobe Premier Pro CS6 the quality is not the same as the original clip. What settings and format are you guys using? Could someone please provide the details as far as the exact format you are using and your settings? I would really appreciate it. I've tried several, e.g. windows media and played around with various options, still the output is crappy.
This is what I get btw: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c2IP2aBKiBs You can see that the quality even in 1080p is subpar.
It certainly isn't the cleanest video I have ever seen.
First of all, did you put it into a sequence by dropping the video on to the "New Item" button so that the sequence is the correct size and number of frames per second?
Second, try exporting to H.264 and use the "Match Source High Bitrate" and then increase the bit rate even more. And maybe use a two pass VBR.
Yes, I did use the New Item button. Let me try the H.264 export.
Thank you for your help!
it's definitely better, still doesn't match the original though for some reason. not as crisp.
