Does it happen with CS6 and CC or only with one of those versions in the cloud?
Did you have before CS6 as non-cloud version and did you uninstall it? If yes, Did you use the cleanup script? If not, you should do so.

Yes, I do have Indesign CS5 still running on my computer, I need it to work wtih some of my parteners who don't have CC installed yet in order to exchange our files more easily.
I want to keep it.
Is there any way to do so without the constant update problem ?

Sorry, I was not talking of CS5, because it is only available as non-CC-software. I had several issues which came from CS6 from an earlier installation because CS6 exists as cloud and and as non-cloud appliccation. If you have CS6 and cloud you should only use the cloud version and unistall everything which comes from the non-cloud. But CS5, CS5.5 or any older version would not have any influence you can keep it.
