      Hugues: I tried the Adobe solution earlier today already but the software downloaded is corrupted and won't go through the install process

      Hugues: downloaded twice > corrupted twice

      Suresh: Adobe has disabled the activation server for CS2 and CS 1 products, because of a technical issue. These products were released more than seven years ago, do not run on many modern operating systems, and are no longer supported.

      Suresh: Adobe strongly advises against running unsupported and outdated software.

      Hugues: I know but this is my company call not mine

      Suresh: I have a option for you.

      Hugues: this morning the person I talked to told me to go on the Adobe website and follow instruction from a specific page

      Suresh: Yes I am going to give you same page.

      Suresh: Have you downloaded for that page?

      Hugues: I had to download a version of InDesign cs2 and a serial number from that page

      Suresh: Please allow me a moment.

      Hugues: as I say up there there is no way to have the download completed properly

      Hugues: and the provided serial doesnt work with our CD version of InDesign
