    Update to CC - no options

      When I click on CC, it says there are updates available - but doesn't display any options other than: Update / Quit.

       

      How do I see what updates are available so I can choose which ones to install?

          Hi Mussteach,

           

          If you launch the Creative Cloud app from the system tray (Win) or menu bar (Mac) and click over to the Apps section, any products with updates should have an update button to the right of the product name in the YOUR APPS section.

            We have noticed that when we check updates from the header bar in the CC app it lists the app and their updates (we have both CS6 and CC on the same brand new Mac.)

             

            When we launch an app IE:InDesign under the help menu "updates" another list appears and the Adobe Media Encoder both CS6 and CCX64 versions and they don't appear in the CC app.

             

            It cleared up our update notice but not finding any updates to update.

              Sorry, I think you misunderstood. When I click to run CC, I only see a tiny box with two options - Update & Quit.

               

              To be able to do what you suggest, will mean I have to update to see if I want to update or not!

               

              If I choose Quit, of course I can't log in and check which updates I want.

               

              I I click Update, then it's too late. I assume I'm not given any choice - I'll simply have to update without checking I want the updated versions of the programs.
