updating flash player

I have an impressions10-50 tablet with adobe 10.1 flash player, in trying to update theflash player this tablet can not download adobe 11. There are many time I can not view videos on facebook and I am told to update the flash player. Will updating to 10.2 or 10.3 solve this problem

Unfortunately it's an Android device and Adobe stopped all development of Flash for Android in 2012.
