    Giving Symbols behaviors; Collisions, changes in velocity?


      Hello, I am working on a project this summer to create a fluid dynamics simulation. I want iPads to be able to see the simulation so Edge Animate was a logical choice. My problem is that I want to simulate the molecule/molecule collisions and molecule/barrier collisions. I can manually give each molecule (symbol) a path and use tweening to speed it up or slow it down. But the problem is that I want to randomize it a bit and give each molecule a behavior. I want the sim to give a slightly different answer each time but obey all the behaviors of real molecules. Any ideas? Anyone done anything similar?
