Is it possible to get ONLY the last update for the program, and not the complete new version of the app? is to deploy a smaller package in the environment. Thx

I don't know of any "update only" downloads. Even for distribution.

Unlike Adobe Reader, Flash Player is not distributed as a patch; each update is a full install.
