Error message on game

We are getting the following message when we attempt to play Rummikub through Facebook.  It doesn't matter is we push "allow" or "deny".  Nothing happens and we can't get to the game.  Please Help

Allow           Deny"

Please advise what we should do!

Go to YouTube

Pick a video (any video) to watch.

Pause the video as soon as it starts to play.

Right click and select Global Settings.

Set it to "Allow sites to save information on this computer"

It shouldn't pop up any more.
