I don't know how to check to see if Flash is enabled...
I just now went to the Adobe Flash Player page, downloaded and installed the latest version, but when I return to the "Edit your first photo in Photoshop" page and click the play arrow in the Flash Player window, it just goes black and nothing happens.
Thanks for the response.
To see if plugins are enabled in Safari, go to Safari > Preferences > Security and look next to Internet plug-ins to see if "Allow all other plug-ins" is checked. It needs to be checked.
Hope this helps,
I'm having the same problem here, my browser is Chrome. Actually IE and Firefox won't work on my computer, either. I'm running Windows 8.
I followed the enable Flash player tutorial and won't help. These videos which are entirely bland boxes are the only online videos I can't watch on Windows 8.
First, let me apologize for the problems you are having. These videos should just work. I don't have Windows 8 installed on my laptop, but will check with some Flash Player people when I get to the office on Monday.
This shouldn't really matter, but if you can a minute, can you please double-check to see if Flash Player is enabled? To check, go to http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/find-version-flash-player.html and let me know if you can see the animation at the top.
