I'd break out the RAID 0's and do something else, depending on the disk capacities.
The media RAID 0 is 2 x 500gb, the output RAID 0 is 2x 80gb, all 7200rpm disks. I usually make short video's, almost never longer then 5 minute so never any very large files.
What would you suggest doing differently with the RAID setup?
Also, where to put the scratch disk?
How large is F:?
320gb, it's connected to the onboard marvel ide controller which seems to be very slow, since the project files are so small I thought it would be alright for that, but now I kinda doubt it would improve much.
Current setup idea:
C: 128gb SSD - Os & programs
D: 2 x 500gb 7200 rpm Raid 0 - Media/project files/ scratch
E: 128gb - Disk cache 50gb + Media cache/database + scratch disk Photoshop
F: 2 x 160gb 7200 rpm Raid 0 - Output
