I am not very clear of what you want to accomplish, but if you need to use FormsCentral only once, you may create a free account by clicking on "Create an account for free" in its sign in page at https://formscentral.acrobat.com/signin.html.

You won't be able to create a PDF with the free account but you can sign up for the Basic Plan (first month is $0.99) and then stop the automatic renewal.
