It could be codec issues. Mocha is more picky than AE. Have you used these clips before with Mocha.
Off the top of my head I don't think so. Files have been provided to me by the client as .mp4 files. Wouldn't have thought that would be an issue though?

A lot of MP4 files will not work in Movha. Try transcoding them to JPEG Quicktimes.
Have just loaded another clip into the project that's a different codec to the files the client gave me, and it's worked fine in AE. Noticed that the original clip I want to track keeps saying 'frame 0 to 0' and won't let me adjust it.
So you're right yeah it is to do with the codec. Very strange. I'll sort a solution! Thank you for your assitance Rick!
