I'm up against a wall with a timeline lag issue that is completely hampering Premiere CC's ability to edit a particular project. Other projects work fine. I'm considering reseting or trashing my preferences. I haven't needed to do that in a few years with CS5 and CS6. So, can anyone tell me what else I will lose when I trash preferences? Will I need to setup all of Premiere's options to work the way I'm used to? Will I need to manually rebuild all of my custom workspaces? Most importantly, will I need to re-customize all of my keyboard shortcuts?
What do you lose and what can you easily restore when trashing preferences (ALT + SHIFT while opening program) in Premiere Pro CC?
I would clear my cache and render files before I dumped my prefs.
Thanks, shooternz. I've done both. The question is: When I trash my preferences, what else do I lose?
