How do I reset my Adobe ID?
When I tried to authorise my Adobe ID, I received the following message.
Error Message Text: You have too many computers or devices authorized with this ID. Please contact Adobe so that they can reset your ID. (Too Many Activations)

People have reported that some of the representatives don't know what to do.
In that case, hang up and try again and hope for a more knowledgeable representative.
