The Adobe system probably got confused at some point when you deauthorized a device.
The only thing to do is to contact Adobe Live Chat: http://www.adobe.com/support/chat/ivrchat.html
They should be able to reset all your authorizations, and then you will need to reauthorize the devices you still need.
Some chat representatives aren't properly trained and don't know what to do.
In that case, give up and try again and hope for a better trained one.
