Hi! I'm having the following problem: I use two computers. I want to authorize both with the same adobe id. I get the following error message:"ou can only authorize this computer with an Adobe ID that hasn'nt been previously used to authorize any other computer or mibil device." What can I do? Thanks!
Sometimes ADE gets its registration/activation confused and in a semi-authorized state.
Unfortunately, it often then gives misleading error messages about what is wrong.
The message you saw is a common incorrect message for it to give.
I don't think anyone did any product test on ADE2.0.
Try completely removing any authorization using ctrl-shift-D to ADE (cmd-shift-D if on Mac).
Restart ADE, and then reauthorize with your Adobe ID.
