I am trying to have the form results emaild to the submiter and their orders department but when I add the extra email in the email notifications section I get a message saying "Users with unverified email addresses cannot receive email notifications. Only those email addresses that are verified have been added."
I have added the orders department email as Collaborator (reader) but cant see how they or I verify teir email address?
The orders department needs to sign into FormsCentral using the email address you shared the form with. When they do that they will be prompted to verify their email address. Once that is done they will receive emails.
