Hello,
When does the error message appear? Is it on:
a) Start-up
b) When attempting to install a product
c) When attempting to see your 'My Stuff' tab
?
To help troubleshoot this issue could you please send the following log file: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Exchange\adobeexchange.log

Thank you very much for your reply. It appears when I try and access it
from Dreamweaver for the first time.
This is the log file:
file:///C:/Users/edward/AppData/Roaming/Adobe/Exchange/adobeexchange.log

I am sorry this is taking a time to do. I am finding it difficult to find
the log, and to email it. I hope it works this time.
