I would like to use FORMS central to conduct an employee survey. I want to guarantee all responses are confidential, in other words I don't want to see the respondent's email address. Is it as easy as not including the email address in the survey? thank you.
Just don't ask for any personal information (email, name...) in the form.
This means that you won't be able to send email receipt since we won't know who fill out the form.
Our forms are by default confidential unless you ask for personal data in the form.
