I don't think that you get notify via email when the quota has been reached.
You will have to keep an eye on it and export then delete responses if you are expecting more to come in (or if you know that more came in already).
I stand corrected. We do actually send an email when your quota of responses have been reached.
Just wanted to add some additional detail to Gen's response.
With a free account:
The first time that your form reaches 5 responses, FormsCentral will send you an email letting you know that your form is seeing some action and that you may wish to upgrade.
Then the first time that your form reaches 45 responses, FormsCentral will send you an email letting you know that you are getting close to your quota, again giving you the option to upgrade.
Finally, FormsCentral will send you an email once your response count goes over your quota of 50. ie. on the 51st response. Responses will continue to be collected until the count reaches 75, giving you time to upgrade. After 75 responses, people accessing your form will see a message that the form is full.
Hope this helps!
Fabulous, thanks so much for your information.
Great, this was very helpful, I appreciate your response.
Do you have to upgrade or can you just delete the responses and continue to receive more responses? Thanks.
