Run as Admin worked!!!!! I tried everything including tech support from Adobe and Dell. we disconteded the Intel video and updated drivers, but nothing worked. It might be a combination of serveral things, but the most important is that it is working. I reactivated the Intel card and it still is working!!!!!!!!!
