I have a multiple page form im creating and on each form there is a drop-down field where the user can choose one of two phone numbers. Depending on what number they choose a formatted text box with the corresponding address for that number will show on the form. So like if the user chooses NUMBER A a text box will show up with ADDRESS A and if they choose NUMBER B a different text box will show up with ADDRESS B
Now, this setting works fine on the first page of the form, but on all the other pages of the form it does not work correctly at all. Why won't it work? I've tried copying and pasting the fields from form page that works and i've tried creating new fields from scratch, neither works. Please help!
Could you please clarify the behavior that you are looking for? Are you looking for content on pages other than the first page to be shown/hidden depending on a value selected on the first page?
If you wouldn't mind sharing your form with me (firstname.lastname@example.org) I can help to get the show/hide logic set up correctly. Instructions on sharing a form are available here: http://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-2462
