System sudden  shutdown while flash was saving corrupted my FLA

My laptop battery tripped and my system shutdown down just immediately i completed a CTRL+S operation. I had no fear because i believe the save completed successfully with the asterisks at the top bar cleared.

I got a popup after starting my system and Adobe Flash pro CS5.5 asking if i wanted to restore the last backup file but i mistakenly ignored it

Now i tried opening my fla and it says it's corrupt.

The last backup i made was yesterday and it's FLA has a size of 15MB

the current one in my working directory is 11MB so it is obviously incomplete and changing it's extension to .zip and opening it failed.

Now i am left with just to options.

      1. use the last backup and loose 24 hours of creative work

      2. locate the location of the file Flash Pro tried opening and see if am lucky it is still there and not corrupt also.

The problem it, I dont know that location

Please help as this project is urgent.

      Thanks.
