    The Adobe application could not load a URL because there is no internet connection

      Having just upgraded Premiere Elements 10 to Premiere elements 11 but this time by just downloading, I now find that  several of the items under HELP ( including F1 ) will not load, only a helpful "The Adobe application could not load a URL because there is no internet connection.".  As I've taken the cheaper option to just download and don't have the CD to reload, will I have to uninstall version 11 to re-install version 11?

       

      I never uninstalled version 10 and wonder if this may have an impact on the running of version 11? 

       

      Please note that I do have an internet connection!
