    InDesign log in error




      I am very sorry if this question has been asked elsewhere.


      I have dowloaded the free 30 day trial of Creative Cloud so I can use the InDesign package, I have installed on my machine, however when I attempt to sign in I get this error message:


      'Please connect to the Internet and retry'

      'Either your commuter ios offline or the clock on your computer is set incorrectly, causing a connection error. An internet connection is required. Please connect to the internet or adjust your clock anbd tryu again. If this problem persists, please contact customer support.'


      I have internet connection as I am using it now and my clock is set correctly. I have tried calling the customer support and been told someone will call me back in 24 hours.


      Can someone try and help in the meantime to save time?


      I will be buying the package once the trial is over, just thought why not get the 30 day free trial first!
