How can I flow text to be one paragraph per field?

Using CS6 (CC) - In a page with multiple fields, how do I insert text with many paragraphs so that it separates out into one paragraph per field?

When you use the word field, it makes me think you are talking about either:

          1. text from a spreadsheet cell
          2. text from a database category
          3. you are using Data Merge

…but you could also be talking using the word field to mean a text frame. If that's the case, one of the paragraph settings in Keep Options lets you force a paragraph to start in the next available text frame, even if there is room in the previous or current text frame. If you set that to several consecutive paragraphs, each will jump to the next available frame. If you have several frames linked in a chain, you should have what you want.

If I got your meaning wrong, please give some more info about your problem.

Thank you Michael. That is the answer I needed (I did mean text frame when I called them fields)
