Hardware Upgrades for Faster H264 exports?

      Hi all,

I run Premiere Pro CS5.5 and have the following computer, built a couple of years ago:

Case: Cooler Master HAF 932 Full Tower Computer Case w/ USB 3.0

Motherboard: ASUS P6X58D Premium LGA 1366 Intel X58 SATA 6gb/s USB3 ATX mobo

Power Supply: KINGWIN Laze LZ-1000 1000W Modular 80

      CPU: Intel Core i7-930 BLoomfield 2.8Ghz LGA 1366 130W quad-core

      Video card: EVGA 512-P3-N871-AR GeForce 9800 GTX+ 512MB

Cooler: XIGMATEK Dark Knight IAI SD1283 Night Hawk Edution CPY Cooler

      Memory: 2x Mushkin Enhanced Redline 6GB (3 x 2GB) 240-pin DDR3 SDRAM

      Storage: 2 x SAMSUN Spinpoint F3 ST1000DM005 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB Cache SATA 3.0gb/s

Since upgrading our production to HD, export times have been much slower. I'd like to look at doing some upgrades to the computer in order to reduce export time. We are importing AVCHD video and mixing it with recorded skype video calls, adding large pictures, and exporting MOSTLY in 720p H264, with one large MPEG2 file per production.

Is this computer "really" outdated, or could we achieve some good value $/speed increases without having to replace most of the computer? What specifics would you recommend?
