    WHEN I USE SHARE ,MY PIC'S ARE NOT RECEVIED

      WHEN I USE SHARE - I DON'T KNOW WHAT E-MAIL ADDRESS IS BEING USED AND THE PIC'S ARE NEVER RECEIVED . I NEED TO RESET THE E-MAIL INFO IN MY PROGRAM.

          Is this regarding Photoshop Elements or Premiere Elements (the video-editing program)?

           

          If you are referring to Photoshop Elements, just let me know, and I will Move your post to that forum.

            This may not be an exclusive Photoshop Elements Elements Organizer Photo Mail question as it first presents.

             

            But, first we need to know what version of Premiere Elements and/or Photoshop Elements that you are using and on what computer operating system.

             

            Both these programs come with an Elements Organizer.

             

            In Premiere Elements, open the Elements Organizer. In the Elements Organizer workspace, go to Edit Menu/Preferences/Sharing and look to see how you have set up your Email Client. You should see what I consider the default "Adobe Email Service" and at least one other. In my case, I have Windows Live Mail.  Have you set up that preference?

             

            What email programs do you have on your computer?

             

            How far do you get in the process of what you are doing now?
