I have a new Dell 4700 laptop that was outfitted with the NVIDIA Quadro K2000M and my CS6 Premiere Pro does not allow me to choose GPU Acceleration as the option is grayed out for new files. I searched the web and tried several things suggested such as turning OPTIMUS off in the laptop BIOS, uploading the latest drivers for the NVIDIA card and still the Premeire Pro refuses to allow hardware acceleration.
Am I missing something? I really want this to work. Please help!!
One quick added comment. I updated PP to 6.0.3 also. Still not working.
Adobe lists only the 2000M as compatible. It looks like the K2000M may be a different card. I know the M denotes Mobile, perhaps the K denotes the new Kepler architecture. You may have to apply the hack for this to work.
