Can I buy Creative Cloud In Sweden and use it where ever I am?

Hi there!

I got this problem. Apparently I live in Ukraine and I really need this new Creative Cloud.

But here Adobe sells it thru resellers and for Teams version only, which isn't what I need.

I got my sister in Sweden. So I wonder, if she were to buy it for me there would I be able to use it here in Ukraine?

I already have an Adobe ID, so do I have to create another one, so my sister could use it in Sweden?

I'd appreciate any help, so if anyone know any other solutions or some ideas concerning my question it would be great.
