    Updating Customer Relationships via Webform/API

      Hi all,

       

      Just throwing it out there to see if anyone has any info on the following:

       

      I am building a Customer Management System for a site which utilises the BC CRM API to allow central "Management Users" the ability to edit other CRM Customers within the site and am having some trouble with the Customer/Company Relationships area when dealing with multiple relationships.

       

      When new company/relationship are added to an existing Customer's CRM record (using either a webform or the CRM API) the Company itself will be created and attached as a relationship correctly however it will not be recognized as the Customer's main "Company" (i.e. the data that is output when using {module_company}), rather it is appending the relationship to the bottom of the list.

       

      Has anyone else faced anything similar to this situation and found a way to recognize the new Company/Relationship as the Customer's {module_company} data?
