    cs5 not working following a reload

      I have had to build my system and when I reinstalled CS5 I got the following message "unable to start your subscription for Creative Suite Collection  Subscription Edition". I have been using this version for some time and have reloaded it previously without this issue arrising . Can you help please

          We are mostly other users here, like you. Not Adobe employees. That said;

           

          There are a set number of times you may install the software without first deactivating it. If you did not deactivate it before reinstalling, you may have hit that limit.

           

          You can try posting in the Download Install and Setup forum HERE. If that doesn't help. you will probably have to call the dreaded Customer Service.
