Did you go to the video card's mfgr's. Web site, and then download and install the very lasted video driver from there? The reason that I ask, is that video driver issues are at, or very near the top of the list for failure of PrPro to launch, and the OS, or any driver utility, will usually be very wrong, in telling the user, if they have the latest driver. The mfgr's. Web site is the definitive source.
Knowing your hardware detaisl, and especially the video adapter, and its driver version, will likely be important.
The Brand of my adapter is an ATI display adapter(0x6779) and the type is a AMD Radion HD 6450 Graphics
The brand of my computer is a lenovo its machine type is 7747 and its configuration number is 57301738
I did not mention that i have already installed photoshop and after effects for cloud and they both run properly with no problems its just premiere that wont open. Hope the above infromation will help
I just tested if my graphics card had a new update for its driver and it came back saying i have the newest version of the driver just to let you know
One lasdt thing i just tried opening premiere and i got this message "An unhandled win32 exception occured in adobe premiere pro.exe - hope this gives you a better picture
Thanks for your hewlp it was my video driver that needed to be upgraded!
You always have to go to the hardware vendor to check for driver updates, not Windows Update
