Sometimes the analysis does not work with some types of video clips. Try exporting and re-importing the audio track as a wav file and then send that to be analysed. Also search out a training video on this subject, to make sure you are doing it correctly. I have not used it for a while as it produced some really weird results with International English - since I'm in England.
HI Andrew, thanks for replying, I tired loading a WAV audio file, but I dont see an speech analysis option.
Probably i should have been more specific, I am using adobe premiere elements 9, i recently downloaded adobe speech analysis for adobe premiere pro cc and cs6 trail from this site. http://www.adobe.com/ie/products/premiere/extend.displayTab3.html
Is it possible that My adobe is not compatibel with this speech analysis? If so, do you know from where I can get a speech analysis for Adobe Premiere Elements 9? I need it for transcribing interviews and I need it pretty urgently. Once again, Thanks in advance.
Speech to text is a function of Premiere Pro and won't work in Premiere Elements. You have to use Premiere Pro. Sorry. Perhaps there are other users out there that may have luck with other software and can recommend something for you. Good luck.
[Moved to Elements forum.]
There is no Speech Analysis module for Premiere Elements, as Kevin points out. It's PrPro, or nothing.
Sorry for the bad news.
ALright! THanks you guys!
