There are dozens of threads on this. If AE does not show up in the Creative Cloud App then your system does not meet the minumum system requirements. Simple as that. If we knew anything at all about your system or you had checked the system requirements we could verify that this is the problem.

As a suggestion to Adobe, maybe on software that does not meet the requirements you could simply display a message "Does not meet minimum system requirements" besides that software in Creative Cloud instead of not displaying anything at all. Or maybe at least a message in Creative Cloud "If the software is not listed then your system does meet the minimum requrements". As Rick mentioned there are several threads on this so it would save alot of customers some time. Thanks
