I have been trying to download flash for 2 days and every time that I get half way through it said that I need to close Internet Explorer. Here is the thing, IE is already closed and I click retry and it still says the same thing. Can someone please help?

Hi jh02121990 and welcome to the forums.

Sometimes when you close IE, something may be causing it to hang around in the background.  To fully close all background processes of IE, open up the task manager by right clicking on your windows task bar and select "Start Task Manager".  Under the process tab, right click and end any Internet Explorer processes and try the install again.
