I am very frustrated. I purchased Adobe Export PDF. When I try to sign in to use it, I am told I must use a browser that is supported. I have updated everything, and I am still receiving the same message. What do I do? I either need someone to tell me how I can get this to work, or see if somehow I can cancel the service. It cost around $20. I don't want to pay for it if I can't use it. Please help me!
I don't know why it doesn't like your browser, but try using it the other way. In Adobe Reader XI there are options in the right hand side of the window to use ExportPDF. If you don't see it, click TOOLS.
Thanks for the suggestions. I talked to customer support today and they were able to anwer some questions for me as well. My browser was too old of a version, but I cannot download the newer version without updated my system software. That is my next step. I will try that and then hopefully my issues will be resolved. Thanks again for the help.
