We've set up a PDF form and have enabled Email Notifications to include submitted data.
We have received about 40 responses in our results spreadsheet, but only 35 corresponding email notifications.
The respondents report that when they press the Submit button they get our confirmation message, but we don't understand why we didn't receive the notification email from them. We prefer the format of the emails to what we can download from the spreadsheet.
Any ideas please?
I would recommend checking your spam filter, maybe something in those 5 triggered the filter. If you don't see them you can send me the email address and approximate times for those responses and we'll check the back end to see if those emails were sent successfully - you can send that info to email@example.com
