Hi there,
I am trying to add a portion to my survey where respondents can read and give consent. Here's the best way to describe it:
1. Participant comes to survey
2. Below the title they would be able to click on a link or a file that says "Consent Form" which opens the file for them to read.
3. They close the consent form
4. I then have a single choice selection field where they can click "Yes, I agree" or "No, I don't agree". OR I can just assumer consent by their continuing on with the survey.
So, how can i somehow embed this file into the survey? It is far too long of a document to copy and paste to the document (4 pages long). Please help!
Unfortunately we don't support file embedding in authored forms. (Only embedding for form fillers.) So you likely would have to paste all of the consent text in the form. You could use skip logic to skip over the rest of the form if the user doesn't consent. Sorry this is the best I can come up with.
