When I try to veiw news videos from my Comcast page, I get a message that says I need to download Adobe Flash. I've downloaded several times and get a message saying that it's finished but continue to get the download message. Why doesn't the download work.
See: "Enabling Flash Player in Internet Explorer" to be sure everything's as it should be.

Downloading is only half of it. You need to install it as well.
What is your operating system?
What is your browser?

Windows 7, Internet Explorer. I have been installing it, over and over again! I get the message saying I've finished but continue to get the error message saying I need to download it. I just called Comcast and they couldn't figure it out either and suggested I contact Adobe.

I enabled Flash so I'm back in business. Thank you so much for your help!
