    Change CST Subject Line when escalating case?

      Hi BC'ers,

       

      Just wondering if anyone knows a method of changing the BC subject line when escalating a case. Right now, the second level support is also being copied (not replying) to first level emails, but wishes to also receive second level escalated cases. The problem is that they're being missed, because she doesn't know which are escalated.

       

      Any way to mark an escalated case?
