just bought a nexus 7 2013. Can't get ADE 2 to run. error msg says 'can't open file. Can s/o help? Tx

ADE2 will run on a PC or Mac. It is not designed to run on Android devices.
You need an Adobe DRM compatible app to run on a nexus.
I suggest Bluefire, also try Aldiko, and maybe Overdrive for library books.
Look in the app store to find them.
