    Audio issues

I work with headphones when editing a movie's audio track.   I need to adjust the computer's volume to about 25 % to not blast out my eardrums.  When I then want to show the movie to show the movie to someone else using the computer's speakers, you can barely hear it with full volume.  The same happened when the disc was burned.   How can I fix this?

Open the Audio Mixer (under Tools in Expert view) and ensure that your Premiere Elements video is full but does not peak above zero.

if you do that, adjusting your computer's audio will have no effect whatsoever on your video or the audio of levels of any video you output.
