Thanks for contacting adobe forums,
What is name of the plug-in you want to uninstall?
there should a folder named plug-ins inside MAIN HD\library\Application Support\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins\CS6\MediaCore
Please update us if it works or not.
Thanks for the reply.
If you read my first post it clearly states that there is no plugin folder in MAIN HD\library\Application Support\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins\CS6\MediaCore
it only goes to MAIN HD\library\Application Support\Adobe\Common
The plugin is Film convert
As you can see from this screenshot there is no plugin folder
You're not looking in the right place. The plug-ins are installed in the system-wide /Library directory, not your own personal ~/Library.
Open a Terminal.app window and type the following at the command prompt:
Include the period after the word "open". A new Finder window will pop up and you'll have the system-wide Library directory in front of you. From there, start hunting down the directory you're looking for. It'll be there.
Thanks so much. I knew it had to be something simple like that. I will try it when I get home.
Does anyone know how to delete the "Acon Digital DeVerberate" audio effects plug-in? I can't see it in my plug-ins folder. I am looking in the system library. The plug-in folder is empty.
