i downloaded flashplayer but every website i go to tells me to install flashplayer what is the problem?

This is also an issue of mine that you almost answered. Looks like your very busy answering flash questions!

I have also followed all the steps for enabling flash player in internet explorer but sill I get websites that tell me I either need to install flash or update flash.

Can you tell us how to fix this???
